Lake Chicot State Park interprets the impact of the Civil War on Chicot County, Arkansas, through exhibits, programs, living history, and an annual reenactments. Research materials are located on site, available through the interpreters office. A brochure and driving tour are available.

Lake Village, Arkansas | Roadside exhibits interpret the 1864 Battle of Ditch Bayou, in which a small Confederate force under Col. Colton Greene inflicted heavy casualties on a much larger Union formation commanded by Gen. A.J. Smith.
