Hardin County History Museum is the home and burial place of Confederacy's 1st KY Orphan Brigade General, Ben Hardin Helm -- President Lincoln's brother-in-law. The museum's Confederate stories include John Hunt Morgan's 1862 Christmas Raid, while Union stories include 15,000 men training at Camp Nevin in October 1861, and the first seven years of President Lincoln's life.
