5:30 – 6:15 pm: Transportation departs to Stevenson Ridge for dinner banquet from both the Courtyard Marriott and Hyatt Place
Grand Review Reception, Dinner Banquet and 30th Anniversary Celebration of the Civil War battlefield preservation movement, held at Stevenson Ridge.
6:00 – 7:00 pm: Walking tours of earthworks from the IX Corps, used during the Battle of Spotsylvania Courthouse. 30-minute walking tours will be offered at 6:00 pm, 6:15 pm and 6:30 pm
6:00 – 7:30 pm: Cocktail Reception
7:30 – 9:15 pm: Dinner and Program
9:15 pm: Shuttles return to Fredericksburg

Breakfast on your own
8:00 – 9:00 am: Off-site tours to depart (Buses will pick up, and drop off, attendees at both Courtyard and Hyatt Place)
6:30 – 8:30 pm: Tour and Reception of historic home “The Sentry Box” (shuttles will be offered from both Courtyard and Hyatt Place). A walking tour from the Courtyard Marriott to The Sentry Box will be offered for those interested. Bus and trolley shuttles will be provided for those that do not want to walk.
