Stonewall Jackson's Headquarters Museum

415 North Braddock Street, Winchester, VA 22601, USA

This house served as the headquarters of Confederate Gen. Thomas J. "Stonewall" Jackson from November 1861 to March 1862. From here Jackson familiarized himself with the terrain that would later play a vital role in his famous Shenandoah Valley campaign.

From I-81 take exit 313. Follow Millwood Pike to Pleasant Valley Road, then turn left onto Cork, right onto Cameron, left onto Picadilly, right onto Loudon Street, left onto North Avenue, and finally left onto Braddock Street. Follow the signs.
