Memphis Pink Palace Museum

3050 Central Avenue, Memphis, TN 38111, USA

The Civil War exhibit displays artifacts, documents, and photographs of civilian Memphis, arms and equipment and currency. It provides material on the war around Memphis, the Battle of Memphis, Lt. Gen. Nathan Bedford Forrest, and Confederate veterans. A vignette of an artillery crew serving an ordnance rifle is the centerpiece of the exhibit. The Civil War exhibit is part of a larger museum.

From I-40 take Sam Cooper Boulevard to the Highland exit. Travel south on Highland for 2 miles to the Central Avenue intersection. Turn west on Central and continue for 1 mile. The museum is located on the north side of Central Avenue.

Exhibits only: chidren $6.25, seniors $11.25, adults $11.75; prices vary when purchasing an admission package that includes the planetarium and/or IMAX
