Centre Hill Mansion

1 Centre Hill Court, Petersburg, VA 23803, USA

The mansion was built in 1823 by Robert Bolling and is a combination of Federal, Greek Revival, and Colonial architectural styles. Two United States presidents, Abraham Lincoln and William Howard Taft, visited the home. After the fall of Petersburg, the mansion was used as a headquarters for the Union army.

From I-95 south take the Petersburg/Washington Street exit. Go one stoplight, then turn right onto Jefferson Street. Take first left onto Jefferson Street. Take first left onto Franklin Street; take immediate right to Centre Hill Avenue.

Admission Fee

Adults $11.00, seniors, military and children (7 and older) $9.00; this payment will provide access to the Centre Hill Mansion, Blandford Church, and Siege Museum.
