Behringer-Crawford Museum

Follow the Civl War story in northern Kentucky here at Behringer-Crawford Museum. The Siege of Cincinnati, the story of General John Hunt Morgan, and the significance of the Underground Railroad are all featured. Also enjoy our transportation-themed exhibits including our restored 19th Century streetcar, the "Kentucky." Behringer-Crawford Museum features Northern Kentucky and Ohio Valley history and culture as viewed through the lens of transportation - Rivers, Roads, Rails & Runways. Visitors enjoy hands-on, interactive exhibits such as an expansive model train and city layout, a historic streetcar highlighting the lives of its passengers, a replica of an Ohio River packet boat - complete with whistles and a steering wheel, a nostalgic 1959 Buick Electra with a drive-in film, and other educational exhibits and activities. Guests can purchase specialty souvenirs from the BCM Museum Store and take a relaxing walk through the Children's Garden in a beautiful park setting. Strong educational mission serving schools, civic groups and general public. Rotating exhibits, Music@BCM series, freshART, Holiday Toy Trains, Six@Six lecture series, venue rentals, museum store, historical research, and artifact preservation and interpretation. Educational programs conducted in-house and off site in the community.

From the I-71/75: exit at Pike St/12th St. Covington. Turn South on US 25. Take immediate right on Lewis Street. Turn right at third stop to stay on Montague Street. At the top of the hill, turn right to stay on Montague. Continue through four way stop, and enter parking lot.
