Meeting placeDowntown Boise at the west entrance to Julia Davis Park, 508 Julia Davis Drive, just adjacent to the Black History Museum. We will assemble at the the seated bronze Lincoln statue. Free parking nearby.
Meeting time2:00 PM
Planned ActivitiesWe will do a light cleanup of the winter debris in the cemetery in the morning refreshments will be served and Civil War historian Krone will lead a tour of the cemetery headstones while giving a biography of the more notable persons buried there.
Bring tools?Yes: Plastic bags to hold leaves and branches, pruners to cut up twigs, and rakes.
Food providedYes - drinks (water, soda, sports drink)
