2:30 pm – 4:30pm - Registration at Sheraton Read House Hotel
5:00 pm – 7:00pm - Evening welcome reception on the Southern Belle Riverboat. Boat departure time is 5:00 pm. Please board the boat by that time. The Southern Belle is docked at 201 Riverfront Parkway, Pier 2.

Saturday, September 17, 2011
7:30 am – 8:00 am - Registration at Sheraton Read House Hotel
8:00 am – 5:00 pm - Tour of the Battle of Chickamauga
6:45 pm - 10:00 pm - Cocktails and Dinner, Sheraton Read House Hotel, Silver Ballroom.

8:00 am – 12:45 pm - 1/2 Day Tour. Choose from Overview of the Battle of Chattanooga, Hiking tour of Missionary Ridge, or the Battle of Resaca.

Airport & Transportation

The closest airport is Chattanooga Airport (CHA). It is 9 miles from the Sheraton Road House Hotel in Chattanooga, TN. 

There is no shuttle to the hotel from Chattanooga Airport.
Upon arrival, there will be cabs available, but the recommended cab service is 423-867-6190. $25 for first person/$5 for a second person.
