"Twilight in the Western Theatre"

This summer, escape to Nashville with Civil War Trust members and staff — along with some of the nation's elite historians — for four days of camaraderie and Civil War touring at some of America's great Civil War battlefields in Tennessee.

Conference Registration Fee includes tours, tour guides, coaches, conference program, name tags, breakfast, lunch, and a Saturday Banquet. Fee does not include hotel registration; attendees must make their own reservations.

Jarmon Transportation is the official airport ground transportation shuttle service for Nashville International Airport, providing service to Downtown and the West End area. Jarmon is located on the Ground Transportation/1st level inside the terminal. Counter’s Hours of Operation: 6am – 11:15pm Everyday. Reservations can be made in person, by phone at 615-275-0146 or online:

For attendees who already used the Gray Line website to purchase tickets prior to arriving in Nashville, Gray Line no longer operates a downtown Airport shuttle counter at Nashville International Airport and all services are now being operated by their preferred airport transfer partner, InShuttle Transportation. Existing reservations have been transferred to InShuttle, which is located on the Ground Transportation/1st level. For questions, contact 615-883-5555.
